Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and digital channels, helping them choose deposit and loan products and understand digital services. You will open new accounts, process basic transactions, and educate clients on self-service tools while building trusted relationships with branch teammates.

You'll work from a U.S. Bank location, comply with NMLS licensing requirements, and participate in screening processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• NMLS licensing requirements and background/credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage and communicate with clients effectively to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients.
