Job summary

You will open new consumer and business accounts, assess clients' needs, explain deposit and loan products, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver efficient service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel with a digital-first mindset.
• Educates clients on banking products and services and recommends solutions based on client goals.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Promotes digital self-service tools and ensures accurate, efficient client service.
