Qualifications

• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking guidance.
• Assess client needs and recommend deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch team to serve clients with operational excellence.
