Job summary

You will identify clients’ needs, open accounts, process requests, and educate on deposit and loan products while collaborating with the branch team. This is an entry-level retail banking role focused on service excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and process account information.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team and partners to serve clients.
• Adhere to NMLS requirements and complete background and credit checks.
