Job summary

U.S. Bank in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels.

You will assess banking needs, open accounts, and promote deposit and loan products while delivering excellent service. You will build client relationships through proactive outreach, explain digital self-service tools, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure accurate processing and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain digital products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through multiple channels including in-person and virtual interactions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options to meet their needs.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable deposit and loan products.
• Collaborate with branch team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements including NMLS where applicable.
