Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, providing trusted guidance on banking products and services while leveraging a digital-first mindset.

You will open new consumer and business accounts, assist with deposits and loans, and partner with branch colleagues to deliver exceptional service and proactive outreach to meet clients’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Ability to build and foster relationships with clients and provide banking guidance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and engage them across channels to provide banking guidance.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions based on their goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
