You will open new accounts, process requests, and educate clients on digital products while collaborating with branch teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration required; background and credit checks will be conducted.
• Ability to build and foster client relationships and educate on digital products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide informed financial counsel.
• Proactively outreach and follow up, identifying solutions based on client needs and digital channel preferences.
• Develop partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial goals.
