U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) in Columbus for an on-site, full-time role. You will engage customers across multiple channels, open accounts, and promote digital banking solutions to meet individual goals.

You will build trust through proactive outreach, gather information, and coordinate with branch teams to ensure accurate processing and exceptional service. A strong background in retail banking and NMLS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsabilités

• Engage clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide financial counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and services; promote self-service tools.
• Identify customers' needs and offer tailored banking solutions.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless client experiences.
