U.S. Bank in Eugene, OR is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering trusted financial guidance with a digital-first mindset.

You will assess customers’ banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, open new accounts, process service requests, and collaborate with branch teams to provide an exceptional client experience while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and communicate effectively.
