Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trust-based client relationships across multiple channels, including in-person, by appointment, and digitally. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on digital products to deliver an excellent client experience.

This role requires NMLS registration and a background/credit check, with opportunities to collaborate across branch teams and leverage digital tools to serve customers efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or related training.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Provide guidance on deposit and loan products and services.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Maintain relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
