Responsibilities

• Engage clients via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide financial counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and services and self-service tools.
• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
