Job summary

U.S. Bank in Warrensville Heights, OH seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on deposits and loans while promoting digital tools.

Collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver exceptional service, stay compliant with NMLS/Safe Act requirements, and support customers’ financial goals in a digital-first environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 5+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients.
• Knowledge of retail policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Experience in sales campaigns/promotions.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through multiple channels (in-person, appointment, digital).
• Assess and respond to customers’ banking needs and educate on products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; process service requests.
• Proactively engage clients and leverage branch partnerships for service.
• Promote digital tools and ensure accurate processing and compliance.
