Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in Akron, OH to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels with a digital-first mindset.

You will assess banking needs, educate customers on deposits and loans, and open accounts while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will build trusted relationships, partner with branch teams, and promote digital self-service options to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and collect and process customer information.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions based on goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests and submit credit applications.
• Promote digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch teams and partners to serve clients effectively.
