Job summary

U.S. Bank in Colorado is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, offering trusted financial guidance and solutions aligned with each client’s goals.

You will open new accounts, process requests, educate clients on digital banking tools, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver accurate, high-quality service while maintaining compliance with NMLS requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service banking options to meet financial needs.
