Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–4 years retail banking experience for Consultant 2; 4–5 years for Consultant 3; 5+ years for Consultant 4.
• Knowledge of bank policies and digital self-service tech; ability to upsell and educate clients.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open accounts, process service requests and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team to serve clients with accuracy and excellent service.
