Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counseling.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Assess customer needs and recommend deposit and loan products accordingly.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and support systems.
