Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, and tailor solutions to individual goals with a digital-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through multiple channels and educates them on banking products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
• Develops partnerships with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and excellence.
