orsa credit union seeks an in-branch consultant to transform routine visits into digitally-forward, people-first experiences that build trust and deepen relationships with members. You will bridge strategy and action while upholding core values and compliance across daily operations.

As a frontline partner, you’ll guide members to solutions aligned with their goals, understand everyday finances, and promote deposit, lending, and digital product options with clarity and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience as a service representative in the retail or service industry or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Walk alongside members in both light and dark moments.
• Guide members toward meaningful solutions with a digitally-first mindset.
• Take time to understand members’ everyday finances and impossible dreams, recommending products and services that help them move forward with confidence.
