Job summary

InTouch Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Relationship Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union, delivering a consultative financial experience both in-person and virtually. You will identify financial needs and tailor solutions that address immediate and long-term goals, deepening relationships and expanding wallet share in a digital-first environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least one year in customer service or sales;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service, retail or sales experience.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with NMLS required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union to provide a consultative financial experience in-person and virtually.
• Identify members' financial needs and tailor solutions addressing immediate and long-term goals.
• Deepen member relationships and expand wallet share through sales and service.
• Support revenue by meeting and exceeding sales goals while offering digital banking tools.
