Job summary

orsa credit union is seeking an assistant branch people leader to guide consultants and deliver extraordinary member experiences while ensuring branch excellence. This role combines direct people leadership with operational accountability, overseeing daily routines, cash controls, and audit readiness, while championing digital tools for members.

You will grow talent, coach performance, and partner with the branch leader to step in as acting lead when needed, driving growth and trusted

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of progressive experience in a retail or service environment.
• Experience and a passion for leadership, performance management, and team member development.
• Experience with face-to-face customer service, digital engagement and basic sales/referrals.
• Proven ability leading people through change and driving innovation by building a circle of safety.
