Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to build trusted client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering personalized financial guidance and promoting digital-first banking.

You will open consumer and small business accounts, assess needs, educate customers on deposits and loans, and collaborate with branch teams to provide accurate, efficient service. Strong communication, customer service, and knowledge of digital tools are preferred;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to provide accurate, efficient service.
