Job summary

Northwood University is seeking a Digital Experience & Web Strategy Manager to lead strategy, performance, and ongoing development of digital platforms shaping how prospective students discover, evaluate and engage with the University.

You will build a high-performing, accessible web experience that supports enrollment growth, bridging web strategy, content, analytics, systems integration and emerging tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field and relevant experience in websites or digital platforms.
• Experience with web governance, CMS, and analytics to inform decisions.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and optimization of the University’s web ecosystem.
• Manage information architecture, navigation, page structure and interaction design.
• Analyze website performance and recommend improvements based on user behavior and priorities.
• Collaborate with content owners, designers and developers to ensure a consistent digital experience.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, responsive design and performance standards.

Education
