Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading web platforms and multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on with enterprise WordPress environments and CMS migrations.
• Ability to align strategy with marketing, product and technology priorities.
• Strong UI/UX, accessibility, SEO, analytics and measurement know-how.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health and delivery of the enterprise WordPress platform and ecosystem.
• Lead CMS integration with martech and downstream systems; ensure data flow.
• Oversee authenticated/gated experiences (SSO, entitlements) and security.
• Drive governance, planning and delivery processes across web dev and publishing.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Content and Tech to translate strategy into experiences.
