Job summary

J.P. Morgan, a global financial services leader, seeks a Director of Software Engineering in Asset & Wealth Management Marketing Technology to own core marketing platforms, drive scalable web solutions, and lead cross-functional teams.

You will shape technical strategy, ensure security and compliance, and advance AI-powered personalization across experiences. You will partner with product, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted technology products and elevate the digital customer

Qualifications

Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
Strong knowledge of AEM architecture (Author/Publish, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher).
Proven experience with HTL (Sightly) and component configuration.
Experience in large-scale content migration and content modelling.
Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Strong understanding of performance tuning, caching and Core Web Vitals.
Solid technical SEO knowledge within AEM.
Experience in governed enterprise AEM environments.
Confident communicator who can work autonomously with senior stakeholders.
Proven leadership of large-scale MarTech programs from strategy through to implementation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary owner for core marketing platforms, including CMS, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
Design and architect scalable, responsive web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure all applications adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance development process and product quality.
Engage stakeholders to define technical target state and drive architectural strategy.
Participate in architecture governance and provide feedback on new technologies.
Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
Identify opportunities to automate remediation to improve stability.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and teams for outcome-driven decisions.
Support evolution of enterprise digital marketing via unified MarTech strategy incorporating real-time data and AI-powered personalization.
