Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital product management, digital banking, or consumer digital experience.
• Experience leading a digital product or digital experience organization.
• Experience with online account opening or digital banking platform with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building a digital product/experience function with PM and UX talent.
• Knowledge of funnel and lifecycle measurement and defensible attribution.
• Experience with operating models where product management and design report to the business owner and engineering to technology.
• Knowledge of risk, compliance, privacy, accessibility, and fair banking requirements.
• Experience holding core banking and digital banking providers to delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year roadmap for consumer digital banking experience.
• Define operating model connecting business ownership to delivery.
• Define the experience domains and accountability boundaries.
• Represent consumer digital banking in enterprise technology prioritization and investment decisions.
• Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to connect acquisition demand to the digital experiences that convert and retain it.
