BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a Digital Implementation Lead to join our Digital Experience team. You will translate customer needs, business goals, and product strategy into innovative digital solutions, guiding solution design with our technical team and managing delivery from initiation to launch.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time delivery within scope, aligning with customer experience and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant IT experience.
• 6 years of IT business analysis experience.
• Ability to communicate across technical and business teams.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital product delivery and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document user requirements to meet a business objective.
• Respond to questions and ensure understanding of why the solution was chosen.
• Guide both technical and customer departments in system development.
• Ensure deployment of solutions through test planning and reviews.
• Validate business need for solutions and process improvements.
• Facilitate transfer of knowledge about the big picture direction.
• Provide input on business direction for system changes.
• Mentor less experienced business systems analysts.
