Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is hiring a Web Business Specialist to manage and improve enterprise websites, portals, and digital experiences. You will update content, ensure accessibility and quality, and coordinate with business and tech teams to deliver reliable digital assets.

Responsibilities include leading web projects from scope through testing, and identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and revenue. Remote, full-time role with strong documentation and QA focus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of web-focused work experience.
2 years of internet/intranet website design or maintenance or social media strategy experience.
Intermediate knowledge of internet/intranet technologies and website content design.
Strong business writing, editing, time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Support internet/intranet development and content for the division/department.
Assess web business needs/problems and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
Lead web team through project scope, testing and implementation.
Coordinate with information systems to meet business needs and develop interfaces.
Design and produce multimedia presentations from concepts to completion.
