BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a Digital Implementation Lead to join the Digital Experience team in a hybrid Columbia, SC role.

You will translate customer needs and business goals into digital solutions, lead solution research, and partner with and guide the technical team through design, implementation, and launch. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of IT business analysis experience.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document user requirements to meet business objectives.
• Guide technical and business teams in solution development.
• Review test plans and matrices; support test activities.
• Ensure solutions align with business direction and scope.
• Mentor less experienced analysts.
