Qualifications

• College degree or four years of professional written communication experience.
• Customer service and telecom experience is a plus.
• Experience representing a brand in public/online forums via emails, websites or social media.
• Proficient in managing multiple social platforms with strong grammar and writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond on social platforms, chat and email with a 100% response rate.
• Lead daily digital emails to coordinate schedules, brainstorm and launch projects.
• Participate in social brainstorming meetings, track deadlines and share progress.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide next‑level support in all customer interactions.
