ALLO Communications LLC seeks a creative writer to join our fast-paced digital team. You will manage social channels, craft engaging content, and respond to customers with clarity and care across Instagram, Facebook, X, and more.

You should have a college degree or equivalent written-communication experience, customer-service background, and comfort representing a brand online. We value detail, empathy, and teamwork at ALLO.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or four years of professional written communication experience.
• Experience: Customer service, telecom industry experience a plus.
• Personal experience using social media: Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
• Professional experience representing a brand in public/online forums via emails, website, or social media.

Responsibilities

• We maintain a 100% response rate (15 minutes or less) across social platforms.
• Monitor and respond on social, chat, and email channels.
• Collaborate with departments and brainstorm content ideas for posts and campaigns.
• Communicate openly and track deadlines, sharing accomplishments and struggles at checks.
