ALLO is seeking a digitally savvy writer with strong grammar and social media experience to join our growing team. The role focuses on crafting compelling online content and managing customer interactions across social platforms, emails, and chat with a customer-first mindset.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistent brand voice, respond promptly to inquiries, and help elevate the online experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy and tone.

Qualifications

• College degree or four years of professional written communication experience.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience representing a brand in public forums via emails, websites, or social media.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to messages on social, chat, and email channels.
• Maintain a 100% response rate with fast coverage (15 minutes or less).
• Collaborate in daily digital planning, scheduling, and content creation.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings and brainstorms.
• Demonstrate genuine empathy and clear, respectful communication with customers.
