ALLO Communications is seeking a digitally savvy professional with strong writing skills to manage our online customer experience across social channels and email. You’ll help with content creation, respond promptly, and collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to keep our brand voice consistent and engaging.

You’ll bring a College degree or equivalent written-communication experience, and familiarity with social platforms and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• College degree or four years of professional written communication experience.
• Experience in customer service; telecom or tech brand experience is a plus.
• Publicly represent a brand in emails, web, and social media with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own daily social media and email channels with a customer-first mindset.
• Monitor platforms to maintain a 100% response rate within 15 minutes.
• Collaborate across departments on content, campaigns and PR events.
• Engage audiences with content ideas and maintain brand voice and grammar.
