Ideal candidates have college-level writing experience, strong spelling/grammar, and comfort navigating Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Telecom experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• College Degree or four years of professional written communication experience.
• Customer service, telecom industry experience a plus.
• Personal experience using social media sites: Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
• Professional experience representing a brand or company in a public/online forum via emails, website, or social media.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond on social, chat, and email platforms with a 100% response rate.
• Participate in daily digital communication initiatives and content brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand voice and timely updates.
