Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or coursework beyond high school.
• One year of experience in teaching, technology instruction, library programming and/or community work.

Responsibilities

• Instructs patrons in digital literacy resources and technology.
• Provides basic computer troubleshooting and tech support.
• Assists community members with housing, unemployment, or career services online.
• Records inquiries using the designated Ticketing system.
• Supports multiple library sites and outreach events.
