Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor's degree or coursework beyond high school level.
• One year of experience in teaching, technology instruction, event planning, library programming and/or community work.
• Commitment to equity and accessible digital literacy support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized assistance and instruction to patrons on digital literacy and connectivity.
• Provide basic computer and tech support; troubleshoot during hands-on learning sessions.
• Engage patrons one-on-one and in small groups across library sites and online.
• Record inquiries using the library ticketing system and assist with program logistics.
