Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat seeks a Digital Enterprise Change Management Engineer to support multiple programs by improving Change development and delivery processes. The role focuses on enhancing downstream change information handling for internal teams and NAVSEA interfaces.

You will drive efficiency, track metrics, develop training, and coordinate business cases for new Change initiatives while applying lessons learned to future programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical engineering field as listed
• 0–5 years of post-graduate engineering experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist initiatives across the business to improve Change development and delivery processes
• Drive efficiency in the Change value stream by updating tools, procedures, and trainings
• Evaluate metrics for Change Task progress and ITCR development to identify improvement areas
• Communicate and train on updated processes and software changes as applicable
• Support and coordinate business case development for new Change Digital Enterprise initiatives
• Provide recommendations based on lessons learned and prior program improvements
• Investigate and test upcoming software or process changes related to upgrades
