Qualifications

• Experience with change processes and tools across large programs is preferred.
• Ability to develop business requirements and manage configuration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assess existing and new process/tool products for programs to enhance Change development and delivery.
• Facilitate assessments of upcoming business requirements and develop business cases as needed.
• Drive future vision strategy and implement changes to processes, software, and training.
• Coordinate resources and roadmap end-to-end across multiple programs.
