Zusammenfassung

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT seeks an experienced professional to join the Enterprise Planning team. You will support capacity and span optimization for Virginia-class and Columbia-class production, coordinating across Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Design Engineering, and Navy stakeholders.

You will review technical plans, drive improvement initiatives, and prepare materials for leadership reviews while pursuing a final secret clearance.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, Engineering, Planning, Operations, or Test.
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt training and PMP certification preferred.

Aufgaben

Assist with idea generation, documentation, and initiation of new projects.
Review technical information for completeness and assess assumptions.
Prepare materials for programmatic reviews and leadership briefings.
Interface with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and progress.
Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) with stakeholders.
Drive project execution and support development of program metrics.
Identify issues and assist in driving corrective actions.
Coordinate improvement initiatives and organize improvement events.
