Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a driven Enterprise Planning professional to help transform the shipyard with technology, process improvements, and new equipment. You will work across organizations to align improvement programs with capacity and span needs, delivering two Virginia-class and one Columbia-class submarine per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of experience in PM, engineering, planning, operations, or test.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Training and PMP preferred.
• Familiarity with EB systems and construction processes.
• Clearance: ability to obtain final secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with idea generation, documentation, and initiation of new projects.
• Prepare materials for programmatic reviews and leadership briefings.
• Interface with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and progress.
• Drive project execution and develop milestones (POA&M).
• Support enterprise improvement initiatives and strategy development.
• Present recommendations for leadership alignment.
