Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of technology software development experience including leading teams.
• Hands-on coding with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience on major cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across planning, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
• Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical proofs-of-concept.
• Guide solution design using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and UI frameworks.
• Plan and manage Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and release readiness.
• Coordinate work across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, code-quality feedback, and career development conversations.
• Partner with product owners, architects, quality engineering, DevOps, security, operations, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor scope, schedule, quality, risks, and delivery metrics; communicate progress and impediments.
• Promote secure development, CI/CD, observability, and operational readiness.
• Support event-driven and data-processing solutions when required.
