Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of technology software development experience with leadership of delivery workstreams.
• Hands-on Java and Spring Boot development including microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular/React) and guiding full-stack decisions.
• Experience delivering enterprise apps on a major cloud platform.
• Practical experience with CI/CD, containers, testing, and code-quality gates.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
• Mentorship and coaching to improve engineering practices and team capability.
• Experience with asynchronous/event-driven architectures (Kafka) and observability tools (Splunk).
• Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or Flink for batch/real-time processing.
• Ability to manage risks, production issues, and client communications; travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software engineering work across planning, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
• Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical feasibility assessments.
• Guide solution design using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and frontend frameworks like Angular/React.
• Plan and manage Agile delivery including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, daily coordination, and release readiness.
• Coordinate work across geographically distributed teams with clear ownership and timely decisions.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, design reviews, and career development conversations.
• Partner with product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, security, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into delivery plans.
• Monitor scope, schedule, quality, risks, and delivery metrics; elevate impediments with actions.
• Promote secure development, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational readiness across the lifecycle.
• Support event-driven/data-processing solutions using Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, Flink as needed.
