Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter most.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Actively engage in lobby management, meeting and greeting customers and addressing needs.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution; log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities and introduce banking partners.
• Complete branch-related operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC related activities and adhere to compliance controls.
• Support risk reduction and audit points, and promote M&T Bank branding.
