• Greet customers in lobby and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately per Bank Policy.
• Log and escalate customer complaints to resolution in the appropriate system.
• Introduce customers to banking partners for sales opportunities.
• Complete branch operations tasks (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance and adhere to AML/KYC procedures.
• Support risk controls and regulatory compliance; promote M&T Bank brand.
