Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional branch customer service and resolve routine problems promptly.
• Educate customers with shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers, address immediate needs, and maintain lobby flow.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions per Bank Policy.
• Log and resolve escalated account issues, documenting complaints in the system.
• Refer identified sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Handle cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfer duties as needed.
• Perform consumer AML/KYC related activities and maintain compliance.
