• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; escalate when needed.
• Transition sales opportunities and connect customers with banking partners.
• Complete branch-related operational activities (cash orders, vault, ATMs, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Perform AML/KYC related activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support the M&T brand.
