Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience in a branch by deepening relationships and educating customers on bank products and services.
• Meet sales and service goals by developing customer relationships and delivering banking solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to fulfill financial needs through lending, wealth management and other services.
• Champion digital delivery and provide on-demand digital banking opportunities in-branch and across channels.
• Maintain customer pipeline tracking and document interactions in the engagement platform.
• Perform teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cashiering tasks.
• Follow procedures to mitigate fraud and protect customer information and bank assets.
• Represent the bank in community activities to support outreach and future business opportunities.
