Qualifications

• Aptitude to follow bank sales and service standards and policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience in a branch through the engagement model and deepening relationships.
• Meet sales and service goals by expanding new and current customer relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to fulfill financial needs through lending, wealth management and other services.
• Promote digital delivery and on-demand solutions for customers across channels.
• Maintain documentation and customer pipeline in the engagement platform.
• Perform teller responsibilities including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
