Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related customer experience and sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year teller and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail with accuracy in handling transactions.
• Able to travel for training between branches.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience in a branch environment by deepening relationships and educating customers on products and services, opening accounts and performing teller transactions.
• Meet sales and service goals by developing and expanding customer relationships and delivering banking solutions.
• Collaborate with line of business partners to fulfill financial needs through lending, wealth management, and other services.
• Champion digital delivery in branch by promoting online and mobile solutions.
• Provide seamless transitions across delivery channels including online, mobile, in-branch and virtual branches.
• Respond to customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and policies.
• Maintain customer pipeline and document interactions via the engagement platform.
• Perform teller duties daily and balance cash drawers and related branch operations.
• Follow CTR, SAR and other regulatory procedures to protect the bank from risk.
• Travel between branches for training and development as needed.
