Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking a Digital Dentistry Sales Specialist to lead CAD/CAM technology sales within a defined territory in the United States.

You will consult with doctors and staff, coordinate with other sales professionals, and close equipment deals for digital impression scanners, software, milling units and 3D printers to improve clinical workflows. The role emphasizes relationship-building, market knowledge, and the ability to present compelling ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 3–5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with negotiation ability.
• Previous success attaining/exceeding sales goals is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift approximately 50–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and actively prospect, pursue and close CAD/CAM sales.
• Develop relationships with doctors and practice staff; coordinate CAD/CAM demonstrations and trainings.
• Plan and schedule CAD/CAM events and co-travels; coordinate marketing activities.
• Prepare for sales visits and develop client-specific sales strategies.
• Explain benefits of equipment and technology; discuss ROI and tax advantages.
• Conduct demonstrations and monitor satisfaction with Patterson’s service.
