Job summary

Patterson Dental is seeking a Digital Dentistry Sales Specialist to drive CAD/CAM sales in a defined territory. You will consult with doctors and staff, coordinate demonstrations, and collaborate with teammates to close equipment sales and grow the business.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, understanding customer needs, and explaining financial benefits of technology investments. A bachelor's degree and field sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong initiative, customer service, planning and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to present and negotiate.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pursue and close CAD/CAM sales within a defined territory.
• Develop relationships with doctors and staff; coordinate demos and trainings.
• Schedule events, manage referrals, and analyze customer needs.
• Coordinate with team to demonstrate and sell equipment and technology.
• Explain ROI and tax advantages of equipment purchases.
